… well, of course not the mobile phone again. If you have ever taken a look at this blog, you might have realized that the blog was not very busy in the last months. Somehow I lost the desire (I hope  you understand what I mean) to write posts on this blog. Some days ago I restarted being interested in that blog, and just few minutes ago I got an idea how to reinvent the blog, in order to make it easier for me to write interesting posts for you. The main idea is that I’m gonna summarise the news of one day, and to write them down in one posts, that will be published at the evening. So, I’ll try this the next days, and maybe it is successful .

I’ve just finished. I saved all the money I need, for my new iPod Touch. Altogether 250 Euro, plus 150 Euro from my parents. In the next minutes I’ll open up an Apple account, and then I will order the 16 GB model. I’m so glad yet, that I’ll soon have this thing. I’ll inform you about, then I do have my iPod and of course I’ll publish some pictures here. So far.

By the way: mawes made me attentive that one of the iPod Classic models doesn’t have 160 GB of storage it has 160 friggin’ gigs of storage.

Today I made an real bad experience:

I went with some friends to an Apple Store in my town, for having a look at the new iPod nanos etc. After we watched the new iPods, we tried out iChat on two iMacs, an 20 inch and an 24 inch model, which were standing side by side. We started a video conference, and then there was a loud noice. It was there because the microfon and the loudspeakers of the iMac I’ve used were turned on. That resulted in an acoustic feedback which made this noice. I do not much know about Mac OS, so the friend of mine, who used the other iMac had to turn it down. This needed some seconds, and so two real angry female staffers shouted at us:

“Now it’s enough! This is not an internet café!”

“In any case, you’ve been long enough here!”

I mean, it was with no ill intent and we’re are potential costumers. And this is an terrbile way of treating costumers. Before this experience I realy thought about buying my iPod Touch in this store, but now I am quite sure that I’ll not do that, and that I’ll buy it directly in the Apple Store. By the way: the store is here in “Würzburg” and it is the only Apple Store here, so think I do not have to mention the name of the store.

Good night.

On the 28th September the new iPod Touch is going to be released. Well, I really have to say that I’ve changed my mind. Yesterday I was with a friend and we talked about Apple and our acquisitions, (he wanted an iMac, I wanted an MacBook), and came to result that we do both want to have the new iPod Touch. So I started a few minutes ago to save money for this thing. I was lucky because I’d some money remaining which I wanted to use for the MacBook, altogether 188,28 Euros. So I’m confidently that I do have all the money I need until the end of September, because I can also fetch some money from the bank, and I do even have a little job!

To hold you up to line I put up a new site, called “Countdown“, where you can see how much money I have already saved and how much remains.

I am not available for the next too weeks (until the 9. September), so there’ll be no updates on this blog until I am back. The reason why I am gone is because I am on holidays in Korfu/Greece. Korfu is the black marked island on the Greece map, you can see on the left side of this post. Have a good time!

Hello, my name is and1, and this is my blog, which is about the “Apple” company. I got the idea of making such a blog just a few minutes ago, one of the most important things why I created this blog was, that I really like “Apple” products and I also thought that this is an interesting blog topic for many users, well, at least I hope so .
